Slow Cooked Satay Chicken

$36.00

It's everyone's favourite…satay, made slow. Full of smooth, peanutty flavour and a hint of heat from homegrown bird's eye chillies. Free-range thigh fillets are marinated overnight, then seared in a house-made satay paste of herbs, spices, peanuts, kecap manis, dark soy, peanut butter. Simmered in coconut milk and finished off with kaffir lime leaves.
