Products & Availability

Harvest Lane provides ready-made meals and related food products for purchase online.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit products at any time without notice.

While we make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients and imagery, actual products may vary slightly from those displayed on our website.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Delivery fees and any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian

Once an order has been placed, you may not be able to modify or cancel it due to our meal preparation and fulfilment processes.

Harvest Lane reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Payment

Harvest Lane does not store full credit card details on our systems.

Orders will not be prepared or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Delivery

Delivery services are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

By placing an order, you authorise Harvest Lane and our delivery partners to leave your order unattended at the delivery address where deemed safe to do so.

Risk and responsibility for products passes to you upon delivery.

Food Safety & Allergens

Harvest Lane meals are prepared in facilities that may handle common allergens including but not limited to:

  • nuts
  • dairy
  • eggs
  • gluten
  • soy
  • seafood

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that products are completely allergen-free.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consumption and determining whether products are suitable for their dietary requirements.

Meals should be refrigerated promptly after delivery and consumed in accordance with the storage and heating instructions provided.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes and campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be combined
  • discount codes are single-use only
  • promotions are not redeemable for cash
  • expired promotions will not be honoured

Harvest Lane reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
