FAQs
Our meals are made from our commercial kitchen by qualified, registered and (most importantly) passionate cooks.
We only use quality ingredients, with a focus on seasonal produce, and support local suppliers wherever and whenever we can.
Meals are made fresh, then snap frozen to preserve all their goodness. We like to call it freshly frozen. All meals are designed to feed two people generously, unless otherwise specified.
Each product comes with reheating instructions on the packaging and you can also view these on the product information section for each. In general, we recommend defrosting initially and then slowly reheating on stovetop or microwave. Or, for the meals in foil containers, removing the lid and placing into a preheated oven until piping hot.
Simply add your chosen meals to cart, checkout, and then choose either pickup or delivery on the nominated day to receive your meals. Please note our delivery cutoff is midday for the next day’s delivery so if you do miss that cutoff, you’ll be placed on the next available delivery. Choose either pickup or delivery. You’ll then be placed on the next available delivery, or pickup allocation and sent a notification.
Deliveries take place Tuesdays to Fridays, right throughout Sydney and wider surrounds. The Northern Beaches, North Shore (Lower & Upper), Western Suburbs, Eastern Suburbs… and everywhere in between. We even service the Central Coast. Simply select Delivery upon checkout and you’ll be guided through the steps. If you’re near one of these areas and can’t process an order, please reach out to us through the contact page and we’ll respond asap.
You can check out online, with most credit card payment methods available.

We do, and love doing so! Gift Cards can be purchased online under Gifting and printed copies can be collected by arrangement. You can also select a package under Harvest Bundles. Please email us at hello@harvestlanefood.com.au and we will help organise something special.
We pride ourselves on our meals and genuinely want you to be beyond satisfied. If ever you’re unhappy for any reason with your meals, please get in touch and we will reimburse you without question. Please contact us and reference the batch number on the pack.
Yes we do, for those with a self-managed account. All you have to do is place your order and then contact us at hello@harvestlanefood.com.au to request an invoice that you can then use to claim your refund.
Yes, absolutely, pick-up is from our Warriewood kitchen is available. When you place an order online, pick-up windows will appear at checkout.
