Refund policy
At Harvest Lane, we take pride in preparing high-quality ready-made meals using fresh ingredients and careful handling procedures.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect product selection by the customer
- forgotten deliveries
- failure to refrigerate meals after delivery
- dissatisfaction with personal taste preferences
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.
To help us assess the issue, we may request:
- your order number
- photographs of the products and packaging
- a description of the issue
Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Depending on the circumstances, Harvest Lane may offer:
- a replacement product
- store credit
- partial refund
- full refund
Resolutions are provided at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Food Quality Concerns
If you believe a meal is unsafe, spoiled or does not meet acceptable quality standards, please contact us immediately and retain the product where possible for investigation.
We take food safety seriously and may request additional information to help determine the cause of the issue.
Please provide the batch date number and your name and product ordered and we will follow up immediately.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us promptly.
Harvest Lane is not responsible for issues arising from:
- incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- inaccessible delivery locations
- meals left unattended after delivery
- delays caused by circumstances outside our control including weather, traffic or courier disruptions
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy where products are faulty, unsafe, not as described or do not meet consumer guarantees.
