NYC Italian Meatballs
Harvest Lane’s signature, where it all began! Free-range Bangalow pork mince, hand-rolled and oven-baked, in a highly addictive classic tomato & fennel sauce, with just a hint of chilli.
Reheating: Defrost and transfer to a covered saucepan, then slowly simmer until piping hot. Or, simply reheat in microwave. Serve with your favourite rice.
Ingredients: Pork mince, tomatoes (paste, crushed & pureed), breadcrumbs (gluten), eggs, red peppers, olive oil, onions, garlic, bay leaves, dried herbs/spices (oregano, fennel seeds, chilli flakes, salt, raw sugar)
Serves: 3-4pp (8 meatballs)
