Massaman, but not as you know it. Tender beef, slow-roasted in a delicious Massaman paste with coconut milk, a host of aromatic spices, roasted sweet potatoes (a Harvest Lane signature element), peanuts and Thai basil.

Reheating: Defrost and transfer to a covered saucepan, then slowly simmer until piping hot. Or, simply reheat in a microwave. Serve with your favourite rice.

Ingredients: Beef, sweet potatoes, coconut milk, beef stock, fish sauce, onions, tamarind, curry paste (herbs/spices, soybean oil), peanuts, kaffir lime, chilli, cinnamon, sugar, salt.
