Slow Cooked Lamb Filo Pie
Quality lamb mince is sautéed with aromatic herbs and slow-cooked in our signature red sauce. Topped with a delicious mix of spinach, lemon, dill & ricotta, and finished with soft scrunches of filo pastry.
Ingredients: Lamb mince, filo pastry, spinach, olive oil, onion, garlic, dried herbs (oregano, fennel, cinnamon, cumin, salt, pepper), flour, tomatoes, dill, lemon, ricotta, tasty cheese, butter.
Reheating: Simply pop straight into a preheated 180 degree oven with the lid kept on, until piping hot. Then remove foil lid for final 5 mins or until golden brown.
