Slow-Cooked Lemongrass Beef Curry (GF, DF)
Our delicious beef curry with zesty flavours of lemongrass and kaffir lime, simmered away for hours with Thai eggplants in a red curry base and coconut milk, along with fork-tender pieces of quality beef. It’s fresh, tangy, zesty and oh-so moreish, topped with Thai basil, green beans, red chillies and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Reheating: Defrost and transfer to a covered saucepan, then slowly simmer until piping hot. Or, simply reheat in microwave. Serve with your favourite rice.
