Red-dy For Anything Sauce (DF/GF)
Nothing but olive oil, garlic and onions pureed to a pulp, then gently simmered for hours with oregano (shh don’t tell the kids), the finest Mutti poppa and passata. Pasta. Nothing is better than the combo of spaghetti and sauce, but really, any pasta works. Also works as a pizza sauce, a bolognese base, a scrambled eggs mix and more.
TIP: Don’t be afraid to salt your water when cooking pasta. Make sure to not overcook it, always read the package label for recommended cooking time.
